Over at Virginia and Stonebridge Drive, the anticipation is building right along with McKinney’s Croatian Village, Adriatica. After the excitement of the initial shops and restaurants opening along Virginia, we’ve been (not so) patiently waiting for the rest of the village to take shape. And our wait is paying off. The condos are near completion and the apartments are well under way. New businesses are starting to move in and the Adriatica village is taking shape in the section along the harbor. McKinney residents can look forward to some exciting new venues and lovely scenery in the Croatian village.
Marianne’s Florals and More is open for business, offering fresh floral services as well as silk arrangements for home decor.
Harry’s at the Harbor is setting up shop near Marianne’s on the ground floor of the condo building. Retail and restaurant spaces like these will occupy the first floor of both the Riva Harbor Condominiums and the St. Paul Square Apartments.
The luxury Riva Harbor condos in Adriatica are complete, boasting some of the best views in McKinney. There are a total of 26 units, made up of one, two and three bedroom floor plans. A couple of the units are already occupied, and a furnished model is available for tours for those who think this might be the right lifestyle for them.
